高频彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺单发结节的诊断价值

目的评价高频彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺单发结节的临床价值。方法应用高频彩色多普勒超声对63例甲状腺单发结节患者进行检查,分析结节内部及周围的声像图特征,并与病理结果进行对照,以评价彩超的诊断价值。结果经手术病理证实恶性结节11例,超声诊断与手术结果符合率为73%（超声诊断8例）,良性结节52例,其中结甲肿26例,诊断符合率58%（超声诊断15例）,甲状腺腺瘤26例,诊断符合率85%（超声诊断22例）。结论彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺单发结节的鉴别诊断有较高的临床价值,可作为疑似病例的常规首选检查方法。

The value of diagnosis on the solitary thyroid nodule by color Doppler ultrasound

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of the differential diagnosis of solitary thyroid nodule by color Doppler.Methods 63 cases of solitary thyroid nodule examined by high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography to analyze the sonographic manifestations both inside and outside the nodules with the results compared to pathology.Results Among the diagnosed patients,11 patients were confirmed malignant nodules by pathology,8 of them were diagnosed by the ultrasound,and the compliance rate of ultrasound diagnosis and surgical results is 73%;in 52 cases,15 of whom diagnosed by the ultrasound,were confirmed benign nodules among whom 26 were nodular goiter,and the compliance rate is 58%;26,22 of whom diagnosed by the ultrasound,were confirmed thyroid adenoma,and the compliance rate is 85%.Conclusion There is highly clinical value for the differential diagnosis of solitary thyroid nodule by color Doppler.
