| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病酮症酸中毒（diabetic ketoaeidosis，DKA）合并应激性溃疡的临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院1998年1月～2008年1月诊治的20例DKA合并应激性溃疡患者的临床特点及治疗方法。结果20例DKA患者合并应激性溃疡均有上消化道出血的表现，通过实验室检查及胃镜诊断明确。尽快纠正低血容量和酮症酸中毒，止血、降糖治疗后，除1例79岁老年患者合并急性心肌梗死死亡外，其余19例均治愈出院。结论DKA易合并应激性溃疡，应首先解除应激因素，积极处理DKA，抗感染，纠正酮症及酸碱代谢失调，抗休克治疗。
