摘    要:目的 评价新型生物材料MTA盖髓的临床疗效。方法  3 8颗深龋露髓或意外露髓的患牙 ,随机分为MTA组和对照组 ,分别使用MTA和氢氧化钙作为直接盖髓剂 ,术后随访 6个月 ,观察盖髓后症状、牙髓活力、X线牙本质形成等疗效指标。结果 MTA盖髓的成功率超过氢氧化钙 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,MTA组牙本质形成时间也明显早于对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 MTA盖髓治疗成功率高 ,是理想的盖髓剂。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of MTA in pulp-capping.Methods 36 teeth with deep caries or accidental pulp exposure were randomly devided into MTA or control group, which were respectively treated with MTA or calcium hydroxide as pulp-capping agents. With 6-month follow-up, the clinical effects were evaluated according to symptoms, pulp vitality and radiological dentin formation.Results MTA showed a higher success rate in pulp-capping and earlier radiologically formation of dentin than those of calcium hydroxide (P<0.05).Conclusion MTA should be considered as an ideal pulp-capping agent due to its highly success rate.
