静脉胺碘酮在急诊老年阵发性房颤患者复律中的应用

目的探讨在急诊室静脉应用胺碘酮转复老年阵发性房颤的有效性和安全性。方法34例年龄≥60岁在急诊室就诊的阵发性房颤患者，对照组为22例年龄〈60岁的患者，两组均在急诊室心电监护下静脉应用胺碘酮复律，记录转律情况和不良反应。结果两组用药后转律成功率分别为73.5％和81.8％，且无明显不良反应。结论在急诊室心电监护条件下静脉应用胺碘酮为老年阵发性房颤患者转律疗效肯定，且无明显不良反应。

Use of intravenous amiodarone for emergency conversion of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in elderly patients

Objective To evaluate effectiveness and safety of using intravenous amiodarone for emergency conversion of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation （AF） in elderly patients. Methods 34 patients （ ≥60 years old） with paroxysmal AF, and 22 patients（ 〈 60 years old） as control were both injected with amiodarone under electrocardiographic monitoring in the emergency room, and then conversion characteristics and adverse reactions were recorded. Results The AF conversion rate was 73.5% in the study group, and 81.8% in the control group. No significant adverse reaction occurred in both groups. Conclusions In the emergency department, intravenous administration of amiodarone under electrocardiographic monitoring can convert paroxysmal AF successfully in eiderly patients and has insignificant adverse reactions.
