军营一起腺病毒暴发的流行株分离和血清学分析

目的：针对１９９７年８月３０日～９月上旬某军营暴发的一起流感样疾病，迅速明确疫情和找出病原体及血清学依据。方法：应用主要呼吸道病毒抗原桥联快诊技术和病毒分离以及双份血清学检测技术。结果：３２例患者分泌物中有１１例检出腺病毒（Ａｄｖ）抗原，３０例分泌物标本全部分离出病毒流行株，流行株仅与抗腺病毒共同抗原单抗结合（ＩＦＡ＋＋＋）。３０例患者的双份血清分别与流行株作用，有２８例患者血清抗体出现≥４倍升高。３０例密切接触者血清与流行株作抗体检测，抗体几何平均滴度（ＧＭＴ）高达５１．２。结论：结果证实此次流行病是军营新兵的腺病毒暴发流行，流行株属腺病毒那个亚型，尚需进一步鉴定分析。

VIRUS ISOLATION AND SEROLOGIC ANALYSIS OF AN ADENOVIRUS DISEASE OUTBREAKING IN A BARRACK

Objective: To define rapidly an epidemic situation, etiology and serology of an influenza-like disease, outbreaking in a barrack from August 30 till the first ten days of September,1997. Methods: The following techniques were used: rapid diagnosis kit for the main respiratory viruses, virus isolation and examination of double serum samples. Results: Adenovirus antigens were detected in 11 from 32 cases. The epidemic virus strains were isolated from all the 30 specimens. Among McAbs of main respiratory viruses only the McAb of adenovirus Common antigen reacted with the isolated virus strain (IFA ). Antibody titer increases 4 times in 28 of 30 cases. The serum samples of healthy persons, having contacted the patients, were also detected and the their antibody GMT reached 51.2 Conclusion: The result above suggested that it was an adenovirus disease outbreaking in the barrack, and it is necessary to do more experiments in the future to identify the subgroup of this adenovirus.
