人体甲襞微循环对酒精的即刻效应

摘    要:目的探讨相同浓度不等量酒精对人体甲襞微循环的即时效应。方法选择浓度52%的中档酒为实验用酒,实验者自愿参加;空腹开始饮酒,伴食花生米,饮酒前、饮酒50mL、100mL、150mL时分别观测实验者甲襞微循环血流、管周、血管及血栓指标。结果饮酒50mL实验者甲襞微循环血流速度较饮酒前明显加快,红细胞聚集减少;饮酒100mL实验者甲襞微循环血流速度较饮酒前减低,红细胞聚集增加;饮酒150mL实验者甲襞微循环血流速度较饮酒前明显减低,红细胞重度聚集。结论(1)浓度52%的中档饮用酒,每次饮用50mL,可使人体甲襞微循环血流速度加快,红细胞聚集减少,有改善人体微循环功效。(2)浓度52%的中档饮用酒,每次饮用100mL以上,对人体微循环有不利的影响,可使红细胞聚集增加,微循环血流速度减低。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the immediate effects of the same alcoholicity with different volume on human nailflod capillary microcirculation.Methods First we select average tipple with alcoholicity of 52% to do the experiment and volunteers to participate.Then the volunteers drink different volume tipple of 50mL,100mL and 150mL on an empty stomach.At the same time we detect the nailfold capillary with kinds of index such as blood cell flow velocity,thrombus,vascellum and the surrounding tissue.Results When the volunteers drink 50mL,the blood cell flow velocity of the nailfold capillary(CBV) increases obviously and the erythrocyte aggregation(EA) descends.When the volunteers drink 100mL,the CBV apparently decreases and the EA enhances a lot.When the volunteers drink 150mL,the CBV are conspicuously lower.And the EA will be also larger.Conclusion 1.Drinking the average tipple 50mL will accelerate the CBV and decrease the EA each time.Therefore the microcirculation is ameliorated.2.Drinking over 100mL of the tipple is harmful to the microcirculation,increasing the EA and slowing down the blood flow.
