| 摘 要： | 目的探讨精液不液化症患者血液流变学指标的变化及其临床意义。方法测定69例已育健康男性及57例精液液化时间异常患者的全血高切黏度、全血中切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积等指标并进行分析。结果与正常对照组比较,精液不液化症患者全血高切黏度、全血中切黏度、全血低切黏度、红细胞压积有统计学意义(P<0.001),血浆黏度无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精液不液化症患者血液具有较高黏滞性。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the hemorheological alterations and its clinical significance of the patients with non-liquefaction of sperm.Method Hemorheological indexes of 69 cases of nurture healthy masculine and 57 cases of patients with semen liquefaction time unusual were detected.Results Comparing with contrasting a group regularly,the hemorheological parameters in non-liquefaction of sperm group including the whole blood viscosity,hematocrit have statistic significance(P<0.001),the blood plasma viscosity has no statistic significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The patients with non-liquefaction of sperm have hyper viscosity. |
