KZY-2复方制剂对小鼠吞噬细胞吞噬功能的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨知母等抗真菌中药有效组分复方制剂(KZY-2)的免疫药理作用。方法:(1)采用BALB/c小鼠体内吞噬实验法,设立对照组与试验组,对比观察试验组与对照组小鼠中性粒细胞对白假丝酵母菌标准菌株(ATCC 14053、CCCM Cla)和临床分离菌株(Cl-1、Cl-2、Cl-3、Cl-4)的吞噬百分数及吞噬指数。(2)将不同浓度的药物分别注射至小鼠腹腔,观察药物浓度对吞噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果:(1)低浓度药物作用结果:①吞噬百分数均值及P值:对ATCC 14053、CCCM C1a、Cl-1、Cl-2、Cl-3、Cl-4依次为:75.1%、P〈0.01,67.9%、P〈0.01,54.8%、P〈0.05,52.6%、P〈0.05,66.3%、P〈0.05;43.6%、P〉0.05。②吞噬指数均值及P值:依次为2.03、P〈0.01,1.53、P〈0.01;0.873、P〉0.05,0.783、P〉0.05 0.505、P〉0.05,0.356、P〉0.05。(2)高浓度药物作用结果:①吞噬百分数均值及P值:对ATCC 14053、Cl-4依次为:83.21%、P〈0.01:66.5%、P〈0.05。②吞噬指数均值及P值:对ATCC 14053、Cl-4依次为:2.11、P〈0.01;1.23、P〈0.05。结论:KZY-2复方制剂具有明显增强小鼠中性粒细胞对白假丝酵母菌的吞噬作用,吞噬细胞对实验菌吞噬作用的强弱与药物浓度有关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the immune pharmacological action of the anti-fungal drug ( KZY-2 compound). Methods: ( 1 ) By means of phagocytizing Candida albicans exporimentation in vivo, BALB/c mice were assigned randomly into control group and exporiment group, (PMN) granulocytic porcentage and phagocytic index of two groups were measured;(2)To observe effects of medicine on mice phagocytic function,different concentrations of drug were injected to mice abdominal cavity. Results: (1) When the drug concentration was low, the mean of Phagocytize poreentage of ATCC14053, CCCMC1a, Cl-1, Cl-2, Cl-3 and Cl-4 were respoctivdy 75.1%, 67.9%, 54.8%, 52.6%, 66.3%, 43.6%, the corresponding P value were P〈0.01,P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05,P〈0.05,P〈0.05 and P〉0.05 ; the mean of phagocytic index of ATCC14053, CCCMC1a, Cl-1, Cl-2, Cl-3 and Cl-4 were respectively 2.03, 1.523, 0.873, 0.783, 0.505, 0.356, the corresponding P value were P〈0.05, P〈0.05, P〉0.05, P〉0.05, P〉0.05 and P〉0.05. (2) When the drug concentration was high, the mean of Phagocytize pereemage of ATCC14053 and Cl-4 were respectively 83.2% and 66.5%, the corresponding P value were P 〈0.01 and P 〈0.05 ; the mean of phagocytic index of ATCC14053 and C1-4 were respectively 2.11 and 1.52, the corresponding P value were P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.05. Conclusions: KZY-2 compound could enhance phagocytosis of granulocyte on Candida albicans, and the role of intensity was related with the drug concentration.
