| 摘 要： | 肝癌术后复发及转移是影响患者长期预后的主要因素,复发来源有两种形式:肝内播散及非同步多中心癌变。目前,手术再切除、肝动脉插管化疗栓塞、无水酒精注射、瘤内射频热凝固、放射、肝移植等疗法均可用于肝癌转移复发的治疗,但仍需进一步临床研究。

| Abstract: | Recurrence and mesastasis after resection of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is the main factor affecting the prognosis in long-term There are two types in recurrence,which are intra-liver dissemination and asyschronous multiple central cancerization.Treatment strategies,icluding repeat resection,TACE,anhydrous alcohol injection,intratumoral radiofrequency thermocoagulation,radiation,liver transplantation and so on can all be used in the treatment of its recurrence,but these methods still need futhur clinical studying. |
