111起类流感疫情的流行特征

目的：了解类流感疫情流行特征。方法：设计调查表格，调查类流感疫情；采集类流感病例鼻咽拭子标本．利用MDCK细胞传代技术分离流感病毒。结果：2004年共计报告类流感疫情111起，总发病人数2012。病例主要发生在学校，占全部疫情的91．89％；发病学生1919例，。占发病人数的95．38％。2月至4月及9月为2个高发期。每起疫情的平均报告时间为5．31天。46．15％（12／26）的疫情检出甲3型流感病毒，29．54％（26／88）的标本检出甲3型流感病毒；同期在医院就诊127例患者检出率为13．397％，二者检出率差异不显著，X^2=0．00，OR=0．98（0．53～1．80），P=0．9489。结论；杭州市流感表现为散发和局部小暴发。

Epidemic of 111 massive colonies of flu like cases

Objective To find out the epidemic situation of flu like cases.Methods usingquestionnaires to investigate the epidemic situation of flu like cases;collecting nasopharynx mopsto examine flu viruses.Results In 2004 Hangzhou city reports I I I epidemic situations of flu likecases,the most of them occurred in schools(91.89%);The most of 2012 flu like cases werestudents(95.38%).February to April and September were 2 epidemiological pinnacles.The reportaverage time of epidemic situations of flu like cases were 5.31days.Flu virus A3 were examinedfrom 46.15% epidemic situation and 29.54% cases.Flu virus A3 were examined from 13.397%outpatients.There was not statistic discrepancy in both examination rates.Conclusion Therewere sporadices and outbreaks of flu in Hangzhou city.
