| Abstract: | Double-stranded DNA sequencing with the modified T7 DNA polymerase (Sequenase) was performed directly with nuclear polyhedrosis virus DNA genomes. The conditions were optimized to allow for a rapid and unambiguous sequence analysis of nuclear polyhedrosis virus genomes. |
