医学本科新生和研究生新生人格特征比较分析

目的 探讨医学本科新生和研究生新生的人格特征.方法 对上海交通大学医学院本科新生675名(男生306人,女生369人)和研究生新生155名(男生76人,女生79人)应用卡特尔16项人格因素问卷(16PF)进行人格状况评估,并与全国大学生常模进行比较.结果 男性研究生在有恒性、独立性和环境适应因素的得分高于本科生,而在敏感性、实验性、紧张性、怯懦和果断型上得分低于本科生(P<0.01);男性本科生、研究生与全国常模比较,在乐群性、稳定性、恃强性、有恒性、敏感性、怀疑性、世故性、实验性、独立性、自律性和紧张性得分上,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).女性研究生在聪颖性、有恒性和忧虑性因素得分上高于本科生,而在敏感性和实验性因素的得分低于本科生(均P<0.05);女性本科生、研究生与全国常模比较,在乐群性、聪慧性、稳定性、恃强性、有恒性、敏感性、怀疑性、世故性、忧虑性、实验性、独立性、自律性和紧张性得分上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 入组医学生整体心理健康状况良好.在学习过程中,医学生的人格特征会发生一定变化,应关注对医学生,尤其是研究生的心理健康教育.

Comparison of personality characteristics between medical undergraduate and graduate newcomers
