原发性早发型高血压患者超敏C反应蛋白水平分析

目的研究原发性早发型高血压患者超敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）的水平。方法2010年9月至2011年9月在本院门诊或住院的60例患有高血压的青年为高血压组，同期的60例体检正常青年作为对照组，高血压组根据高血压诊断标准确诊为早发型高血压。所有观察对象均抽血检测血浆hs—CRP的含量，以分析其与高血压病的相关性。结果高血压组患者hs—CRP高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论血清hS—cRP浓度与原发性早发型高血压的发生相关。

Analysis of the high sensitivity C-reactive protein levels in the primary early-onset hypertension patients

Objective To study the high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） levels in the primary early-onset hypertension patients. Methods This study included 60 cases young peo- ple suffering from hypertension and 60 cases health youth as a control group. The hypertension group was diagnosed as early-onset hypertension. All observed objects were detected blood plas- ma hs-CRP, to analyze its correlation with hypertension. Results The levels of hs-CRP in hyper- tensive patients were higher than the persons whose blood tension was normal. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Serum hs-CRP is associated with primary ear- ly-onset hypertension.
