摘    要:目的观察3i种植系统在前牙美学区种植修复的美学效果及其稳定性。方法选取2008年5月至2012年1月在青岛大学医学院附属医院口腔种植中心采用3i种植系统进行美学区单颗种植修复的患者74例。分别采用即刻种植、延迟即刻种植及延期种植种植体植入术,术后3~6个月进行种植修复,观察随访12个月。随访进行临床、x线检查及患者满意度评价。结果经相关检查,74颗种植体骨结合良好,种植体周围未见明显x线投射区及种植体松动、脱落征象,种植体留存率100%。89%患者均对种植体功能及修复美学效果感到满意。结论3i种植系统可以取得满意的前牙修复功能和美学效果。

Abstract:Objective To observe the aesthetic effect and the stability of the 3i implant system in the anterior area. Methods A total of 74 cases patients using 3i implant system to restore the anterior single tooth in the implant center of the affiliated hospital of medical college Qingdao University from May 2008 to January 2012 were selected. Using the immediate implantation, de layed immediate implant and the delayed implant implant surgery respectively. After 36 months, the implant were restored and the patients were followed up in the last 12 months. The clinical examination, Xray inspection and evaluation of the patient satisfaction were observed in the fol lowup. Results Totally 74 implants had good osseointegration and there was no obvious Xray projection area around the implants. The implant retention ratio was 100% 89% of patients were satisfied implant and restoration aesthetic effect. Conclusion A satisfactory functional and aesthetic effect in the anterior area could be achieved by using the 3i implant system.
