甲硝唑冲洗液在急性化脓性腹膜炎术中冲洗的疗效分析

目的观察甲硝唑冲洗液在急性化脓性腹膜炎术中冲洗的疗效。方法选择外科住院的急性化脓性腹膜炎患者116例,随机分为甲硝唑组和对照组,每组均为58例。分别用自制的甲硝唑冲洗液(生理盐水500ml+0.2%甲硝唑溶液500ml+庆大霉素24万单位)和生理盐水冲洗腹腔和手术切口。观察术后切口甲级愈合率、腹膜炎感染控制率。结果甲硝唑组和对照组切口甲级愈合率(分别为100%、69%)、7天内腹膜炎感染控制率(分别为97%、79%)均有显著性差异(P<0.01),说明两种治疗方法的疗效有显著性差别。结论甲硝唑冲洗液在急性化脓性腹膜炎患者术中有显著的疗效,在临床上有应用推广价值。

Analysis on the Curative Effect of Metronidazole Douche in Operation on Suppurative Peritonitis

Objective To observe the flushing curative effect of metronidazole douche in the operation on suppurative peritonitis. Methods We selected 116 patients who had suffered suppurative peritonitis and were treated in surgical departments and divided them into metronidazole group and control group at random,each having 58 patients,and their abdominal cavities and surgical incisions being flushed by metronidazole douche (physiological saline solution 500 ml + 0.2% metronidazole douche 500 ml + gentamycin 24 thousand units) and physiological saline solution respectively.Observe the class A healing rate of the surgical incision and control rate of peritonitis. Results There are significant difference(P<0.01) between class A healing rate of metronidazole group (100%)and that of control group (69%),7-day control rate on infection of peritonitis of the two groups(97% and 79% separately),which indicate that there are obvious difference between the two therapeutic methods. Conclusion Metronidazole douche had obviously curative effect on the operation of suppurative peritonitis that had clinical application and popularization value.
