维持性血液透析患者心理问题分析

目的了解维持性血液透析患者的心理问题,并进行针对性治疗。方法对60例维持性血液透析患者及未透析的慢性肾功能衰竭患者,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)分别评分,并予比较分析。结果不论透析组还是非透析组,均以躯体化因子分值最高,其次是抑郁、焦虑、其他因子(包括饮食、睡眠等);2组在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、其他因子以及总分值之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者存在较多的心理问题,为此应引起社会的高度重视,兼顾患者躯体及心理健康,提高其生活质量。

Analysis of psychological issue in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the psychological issue in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods Sixty chronic renal failure patients were reviewed the grades by adopting the symptoms checklist-90(SCL-90)and gave the comparison analysis on different two groups.30 patients were enrolled in MHD group and others in non-MHD group.Results The highest evaluated grade was the body factor in both groups,no matter gave the dialysis or not,depression、anxiety and other factors(diet,sleep and so on),also had high evaluated grades.The remarkable difference between two groups were body factor、depression、anxiety、terror、other factors and total scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological issue are significantly high in MHD patients,these should be aroused society's high attention,which would give the dual attention to the health of body and psychology,in order to increase their survival quality.
