50例艾滋病伴腹泻患者的营养状况分析

描述艾滋病伴腹泻的住院患者的营养风险、营养不良现况，分析营养风险、营养不良、并发症之间的相关性。应用NRS2002对成都市公共卫生临床医疗中心50例艾滋病伴腹泻患者进行营养风险筛查，测量体质量指数(BMI）、血清白蛋白（ALB）、前清蛋白（PA）作为营养不良的判别指标，并观察住院过程中患者的并发症及住院时间。50例患者中营养风险阳性率92.00%，营养不良阳性为68.00%，营养风险、营养不良、并发症3者之间呈显著正相关。艾滋病伴腹泻的住院患者存在严重的营养风险和营养不良情况，并发症多，应加强对此类住院患者营养风险的筛查，积极配合营养支持，减少并发症发生。
