摘    要:应用国际Cochrane协作网的系统评价方法对全世界关于在医学继续教育中采用以问题为基础的学习法(PBL)的随机对照试验(RCT)进行系统评价。有限的证据显示医学继续教育中采用PBL可提高参与者的知识、技能和使患者受益,中等程度证据表明医生对PBL更满意。由于存在样本量小及普遍低质量的RCT,PBL在医学继续教育中的有益作用目前尚无充分证据,潜在的益处亟待设计严格的大样本随机对照试验予以证实。

Abstract:Systemic review of all the relevant randomized controlled trials (RCTs) was performed. RCTs were identifiedfrom Cochrane Library, MEDLINE, EMBASE. Limited evidence showed that problem-based learning in continuingmedical education increased participants' knowledge, performance and patients' health. Moderate evidence also showedthat doctors are more satisfied with problem-based learning. Problem-based learning may work in continuing medicaleducation, however,the evidence is too weak to be recommended. Rigorously large sample, well-designed randomizedcontrolled trials are required.
