食具消毒柜对微生物杀灭效果的实验研究

摘    要:研究以臭氧和紫外线为消毒因子的食具消毒柜杀灭微生物效果,采用载体定量方法进行了实验室观察。结果,以消毒因子作用30 m in+烘干(16~50℃)60 m in,对大肠杆菌杀灭率为100%,对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率达到99.9%以上。消毒作用60 m in+烘干60 m in,可完全灭活脊髓灰质炎病毒和完全破坏HBsAg抗原性。消毒作用30 m in,柜内臭氧浓度为45~53 mg/L,作用60 m in臭氧浓度达到52~57 mg/L。结论,该食具消毒柜对细菌繁殖体、细菌芽孢和病毒具有很强的杀灭效果。

Abstract:In order to study the germicidal efficacy of tableware disinfector using ozone and ultraviolet rays as the disinfection agents,carrier quantitative method was used to carry out laboratory observaton.Results: Disinfection with the disinfection agents for 30 min + stoving(16~50℃) for 60 min killed 100% of Escherichia coli and over 99.9% of Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores.Disinfection for 60 min + stoving for 60 min could completely inactivate poliovirus and completely destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg.The ozone concentration in the disinfector was 45~53 mg/L after disinfection for 30 min and was 52~57 mg/L after disinfection for 60 min.Conclusion: The tableware disinfector has high efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria and bacterial spores and inactivating viruses.
