| 摘 要： | 目的:分析成人CD4抗原阳性的T淋巴细胞(CD4淋巴细胞)计数与总淋巴细胞计数(TLC)的相关性,了解用TLC预测CD4淋巴细胞计数的可行性及方法。方法:选取32例21~58岁艾滋病病人全血标本,共72人次。用Becton Dickinson公司生产的FACSCount自动化仪检测CD4淋巴细胞计数。用美国雅培公司生产的CEIL-DYN3700血液全自动分析仪检测全血TLC。结果:CD4值为(124±26)个·mm-3(x-±s,以下相同),TLC值为(1202±118)个·mm-3。CD4淋巴细胞计数与TLC之间存在显著的直线正相关性(r=0.621)。结论:在无条件检测CD4淋巴细胞计数的情况下,可用TLC预测CD4淋巴细胞计数值。以TLC<1300个·mm-3预测CD4<200个·mm-3是比较合适的。

Correlation between CD4 Lymphocyte Count and TLC in AIDS Patients |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the correlation between CD4 lymphocyte count and to tal lymphocyte count (TLC) in adult AIDS patients and to explore the application of TLC in predicting CD4 lymphocyte count. Methods: The specim ens were collected form 32 cases of AIDS aged from 21 to 58 years. CD4 lymphocyt e count was measured through flow cytometry. TLC was measured by automatic compl ete blood analysis apparatus. Results: The mean value of CD4 ly mphocyte count_ was (124±26)·mm~-3. The mean value of TLC was 1 202 ±118·mm~-3. A significant positive linear correlation was noted between T LC and CD4 lymphocyte count(r=0.621). Conclusion: TLC may b e used as a prediction index for CD4 lymphocyte count. It was reasonable to use TLC<1 300·mm~-3 to predict CD4<200·mm~-3. |
