| 摘 要： | 目的]了解已婚农村妇女妇女病患病情况,为进一步开展妇女病的检查、治疗和预防工作提供科学依据。方法]对2006～2008年莱芜市莱城区3个乡镇农村妇女妇科疾病、乳腺疾病患病情况普查资料进行分析。结果]2006～2008年合计,应查57383人,实查19284人,查体率为33.61%。查出患有妇女病者10041人,占52.07%。患有妇女病者所占比例,2006年为51.78%,2007年为52.53%,2008年为51.91%(P0.05);22～29岁为58.11%,30～39岁为63.98%,40～49岁为56.82%,50～59岁为32.19%,60～71岁为14.64%。妇女病患病率,阴道炎为27.05%,宫颈炎为25.38%,乳腺增生症为20.60%,子宫肌瘤为10.23%,附件炎为3.76%,乳腺癌为20.74/10万,宫颈癌为15.56/10万。结论]2006～2008年莱芜市莱城区已婚妇女妇女病患病率较高,育龄期为高发期。
