综合疗法治疗中风失语临床观察

目的:采用综合疗法改善中风失语患者的语言功能。方法:将100例患者随机分为综合治疗组、中药组、针刺组、语言康复组各25例。采用《汉语失语症检查法》作为诊断和疗效判定依据,观察患者自发谈话、口语理解、复述、命名4项基本言语功能及相关症状的变化及临床疗效观察。结果:综合治疗组治疗中风后引起的失语临床疗效达92%,优于中药组及针刺组(P<0.05),明显优于语言康复组(P<0.01);4组语言功能治疗后均有改善,其中综合治疗组优于其它3组;4组治疗均能兼顾言语功能的各个方面。结论:综合疗法可以明显改善中风失语症患者的语言障碍。

Clinical Observation on Comprehensive Therapy Treatment Stroke Aphasia

Objective:Uses the synthesis therapy improvement stroke to cause aphasia patient's language function.Method:Stochastically divides into four groups 100 examples patients,the complex therapy group,the Chinese native medicine treatment group,the acupuncture treatment group,the language is restored to health group each 25 examples.Uses "Chinese Aphasia Inspection method" to take the diagnosis and the curative effect determination basis.Observes the patient independently to converse,the spoken languagethe understanding,repeats,names 4 basic spoken languages function and the correlation symptom change and the clinical curativeeffect observation.Result:After the complex therapy group treatment stroke causes aphasia theclinical curative effect to reach 92%,Surpasses the Chinese native medicine treatment group and the acupuncture treatment group(P<0.05),obviously surpasses the language to be restored to health the group(P<0.01);After 4 groups of languages functions treatment has the improvement,Complex therapy group surpasses other 3 groups;4 groups treat cangive dual attention to the spoken language function each aspect.Conclusion:The comprehensive therapy possibly obviously improves the stroke aphasia patient's language barrier.
