加速康复外科策略在全髋关节置换术患者手术室护理中的应用分析

目的:分析加速康复外科(ERAS)策略在全髋关节置换术手术室护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年6月—2019年5月收治的全髋关节置换术患者86例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组实施常规手术室护理,观察组实施基于ERAS策略的手术室护理。对比两组手术情况、术后并发症及康复时间。结果:观察组手术时间和康复时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量和术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于ERAS策略的手术室护理能有效减轻全髋关节置换术患者的手术创伤,降低术后并发症,缩短康复时间。

Analysis of accelerated rehabilitation surgery strategy in operating room nursing of patients with total hip arthroplasty

Objective:To analyze the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)strategy in the operating room nursing of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.Methods:A total of 86 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty who were treated from June 2017 to May 2019 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine operating room nursing,and the observation group received operating room nursing based on the ERAS strategy.The surgical conditions,postoperative complications,and recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operating room nursing based on ERAS strategy can effectively reduce the surgical trauma of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty,reduce postoperative complications and shorten recovery time.
