山西省某综合医院重点学科发展建设的思考

目的:全面系统了解自身学科建设同国内外先进学科的差距,明确自身发展建设的不足之处,对医院重点学科建设布局进行相应调整。方法:主要有文献调研法、系统分析法和综合分析法。文献调研法是搜集国内外一流医院重点学科建设的相关文献和政策,对其内容进行整理,并归纳总结;系统分析法是研究前期对课题进行系统的设计和安排,在课题进展过程中,从整体上总结医院重点学科在建设过程中遇到的问题;综合分析法是学习不同医院的学科建设经验,为山西省医疗机构建设重点学科提出建设性意见。结果:围绕山西省重点学科建设与发展的现状,分析影响其建设和发展的不同因素,揭示了山西省重点学科建设中存在的问题,为政府部门进一步发展重点学科提供思路与对策。结论:医院重点学科建设要坚持顶层设计、大力培养引进高精尖人才、重视学术带头人选拔、积极推动科技创新转化、完善评估管理机制等原则,为追赶国内外重点学科水平不断努力。

Thinking of establishing a key discipline in a comprehensive hospital in Shanxi Province

Objective:To comprehensively and systematically understand the gap between our own discipline construction and advanced disciplines at home and abroad,identify the deficiencies of our own development and construction,and ultimately adjust the layout of key disciplines in the hospital.Methods:Method of literature research,by collecting relevant literatures and policies on the construction of key disciplines in first-class hospitals at home and abroad,sorting out and summarizing their contents.Method of system analysis,by systematically designing and arranging the project in the early stage of the study,and summarizing the problems encountered in the construction of key disciplines in the hospital during the progress of the project.Method of comprehensive analysis,learning the experience of discipline construction of different hospitals,which could put forward constructive suggestions for key disciplines construction of medical institutions in our province.Results:Focusing on the current situation of the construction and development of key disciplines in Shanxi Province,this paper analyzes the different factors affecting the construction and development of key disciplines,reveals the problems existing in the construction of key disciplines in Shanxi Province,and provides ideas and countermeasures for government departments to further develop key disciplines.Conclusion:In order to catch up with the level of key disciplines in domestic and overseas,the leader of hospital should insist to the top-level design,vigorously cultivate and introduce advanced talents,attach importance to the selection of academic leaders,actively promote the transformation of scientific and technological innovation,and improve the management mechanism.
