| 摘 要： | 外泌体直径在40~100 nm，是多种活性细胞分泌产生的胞外囊泡，其内的微小RNA（miRNA）广泛参与肿瘤疾病的发生进展。胰腺癌是一种起病隐匿、发展迅速的消化系统恶性肿瘤，具有早期诊断困难、治疗效果不佳等特点。近年来研究表明，外泌体中的miRNA在胰腺癌的侵袭、转移和耐药中扮演着重要角色，对胰腺癌的临床研究有着重要意义。在此，针对胰腺癌相关的外泌体miRNA及其与胰腺癌的关系和相互作用进行综述。

| Abstract: | Exosomes are a kind of extracellular vesicles with a diameter of 40~100 nm,produced by varieties of active cells,and microRNA(miRNA)in exosomes is widely involved in the occurrence and progress of tumor diseases.Pancreatic cancer is the digestive tract malignant tumor with occult incidence,rapid progress and it is difficult to diagnose in early stage and has poor therapeutic effect.Recently,some studies have shown that exosomal miRNA playes an important role in the invasion,metastasis and drug resistance of pancreatic cancer,which is of great importance to the clinical study of pancreatic cancer.This article reviews the Exo-miRNAs related to pancreatic cancer as well as their relationship and interaction with pancreatic cancer. |
