南充市大学生现场急救能力现状调查与需求分析

目的了解南充市大学生对现场急救知识与技能的掌握和需求情况,为高校开展相关急救健康教育提供依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样法,对南充市3所高校1200名大学生进行现场问卷调查。结果南充市大学生对于“援救溺水者适宜的方法”知晓率最高,为96.4%;对于“心脏骤停后多少时间是进行现场急救的黄金时间”知晓率最低,为14.8%。总知晓率为61.7%。不同性别、年级、家庭住址、是否接受过社会机构培训的大学生急救知识与技能知晓率差异无统计学意义(值分别为1.832、0.330、0.183、0.130,P值均>0.05),而不同专业、是否接受过高校课程培训、不同培训途径的大学生急救知识与技能知晓率差异有统计学意义(值分别为67.205、58.624、8.275,P值均<0.05)。若学校设立现场急救培训课程,有93.9%的大学生表示“愿意参加”。接受系统的急救培训后,有91.7%(945/1030)的大学生表示在遇到有人需要现场急救时,愿意出手相助。结论南充市大学生对一些简单、常规的急救知识与技能掌握情况较好,对一些专业性较高的急救知识与技能掌握不佳,但具有很高的学习需求和现场施救意愿,有必要在高校开展系统化的急救知识普及和急救技能培训。

Investigation and demand analysis of the present situation of the first aid ability among college students in Nanchong

Objective To investigate the knowledge and skills of Nanchong college students in the field of first aid,and to provide the basis for colleges and universities to carry out health education in first aid.Methods By using stratifed random cluster sampling method,1200 college students from 3 universities in Nanchong were selected to participate into this questionnaire survey.Results University students in Nanchong had the highest awareness rate of"appropriate methods to rescue drowning",96.4%;the lowest awareness rate of"how much time is the golden time for on-site emergency after cardiac arrest",14.8%.The total awareness rate was 61.7%.There was no significant difference in the awareness rate of first aid knowledge and skills among college students of different genders,grades,home addresses and whether they had received training in social institutions(x values were 1.832,0.330,0.183,0.130,respectively,P>0.05),there were significant differences in the awareness rate of first aid knowledge and skills among college students with different majors,whether they had received college training courses or different training approaches(x2 values were 67.205,58.624 and 8.275,respectively,P<0.05).If universities set up an on-site first aid training course,93.9%of the university students said they were"willing to participate."After receiving the systematic first aid training,91.7%(94511030)of college students expressed their willingness to help others when they met someone who needed first aid on site.Conclusion College students in Nanchong have a good grasp of some simple and routine first aid knowledge and skills,but they are not good at some professional first aid knowledge and skills,but they have high learning needs and willingness to rescue on site,it is necessary to carry out systematic first aid know ledge populariza-tion and first aid skill training in colleges and universities.
