浮针疗法联合度洛西汀对躯体形式疼痛障碍老年患者疼痛程度、睡眠质量的影响

目的探讨浮针疗法联合度洛西汀对躯体形式疼痛障碍老年患者疼痛程度和睡眠质量的影响。方法选取河北省衡水市精神病医院2018年1月至2020年1月收治的躯体形式疼痛障碍老年患者94例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各47例。两组均给予度洛西汀治疗,观察组联合浮针疗法治疗。两组患者均连续治疗8周。结果治疗第1,2,4,8周,观察组患者的疼痛数字评分量表评分和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者世界卫生组织生活质量评价简表中各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组不良反应发生率相当(17.02%比10.64%,P>0.05)。结论浮针疗法联合度洛西汀治疗躯体形式疼痛障碍疗效良好,能降低患者的疼痛感,改善睡眠质量,提高预后生活质量,且安全性良好。

Effect of Floating Acupuncture Combined with Duloxetine on the Pain and Sleep Quality in Elderly Patients with Somatoform Pain Disorder

Objective To investigate the effect of floating acupuncture combined with duloxetine on the pain and sleep quality of elderly patients with somatoform pain disorder.Methods A total of 94 elderly patients with somatoform pain disorder admitted to the Hengshui Mental Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,47 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with duloxetine,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with floating acupuncture.Both groups were continuously treated for eight weeks.Results In the first,second,fourth and eighth weeks of treatment,the scores of the numerical rating scale(NRS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each items in the World Health Organization Quality of Life BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(17.02%vs.10.64%,P>0.05).Conclusion Floating acupuncture combined with duloxetine is effective and safe in the treatment of elderly patients with somatoform pain disorder,which can significantly reduce the pain of patients,improve the quality of sleep,the prognosis and quality of life.
