食管癌组织中lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性研究

目的　食管癌(esophageal cancer, EC)组织中lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性研究。方法　选取2017年6月～2019年5月宝鸡市人民医院收集的246例EC患者的肿瘤组织及相应的癌旁正常组织为研究对象。通过实时荧光定量PCR法检测lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1的相对表达量，分析lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1表达水平与EC患者临床病理特征间的关系，采用K-M法绘制EC患者生存曲线，用log-rank检验lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1表达水平与患者总体生存率(overall survival，OS)的关系。结果　lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1在EC肿瘤组织中的相对表达量高于相应癌旁正常组织(0.008 9±0.020 3 vs 0.004 9±0.010 4，P=0.000 8)。lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1表达水平与EC患者饮酒史(χ2=25.07，P<0.001)、家族肿瘤史(χ2=4.73，P=0.047)、BMI指数(χ2=16.94，P<0.001)、临床分期(χ2=33.39，P<0.001)、是否原位癌(χ2=11.97，P=0.001)、是否淋巴结转移(χ2=19.01，P<0.001)、是否远端转移(χ2=16.65，P<0.001)和肿瘤类型(χ2=9.17，P=0.010)显著相关。lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1高表达组患者的OS低于lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1低表达组(χ2=20.93，P<0.001)。结论　lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1在EC肿瘤组织中高表达，lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1高表达患者OS较低。

Expression of Lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1 in Esophageal Carcinoma Tissues and Its Correlation with Clinicopathological Features

Objective To detect the expression of lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1 in esophageal carcinoma(EC)tissues and its correlation with clinicopathological features.Methods EC tumor tissues and corresponding adjacent normal tissues of 246 EC patients collected from Baoji People’s Hospital from June 2017 to May 2019 were selected as research objects.The relative expression of lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1 in the tumor tissues of EC patients and the corresponding adjacent normal tissues were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.The relationship between the expression level of lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1 and the clinicopathological characteristics of EC patients was analyzed.The survival curve of EC patients was drawn by K-M method,and the overall survival(OS)of the patients was tested by log-rank.Results The relative expression of lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1 in EC tumor tissues was higher than that in adjacent normal tissues(0.0089±0.0203 vs 0.0049±0.0104,P=0.0008).The expression level of lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1 was correlated with the alcohol consumption history of EC patients(χ²=25.07,P<0.001),family tumor history(χ²=4.73,P=0.047),BMI(χ²=16.94,P<0.001),clinical stage(χ²=33.39,P<0.001),whether carcinoma in situ(χ²=11.97,P=0.001),whether lymph node metastasis(χ²=19.01,P<0.001),whether distal metastasis(χ²=16.65,P<0.001),and tumor type(χ²=9.17,P=0.010).The OS of patients with high expresssion of lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1 was lower than that of patients with low expression of lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1(χ²=20.93,P<0.001).Conclusion The high expression of lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1 in EC tumor tissues was found,while the OS in patients with high expression of lnc RNA DNAJC3-AS1 was found to be low.
