电针配合康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫肩痛临床疗效观察

目的：观察电针配合康复对脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛的临床疗效。方法：将80例脑卒中偏瘫肩痛患者随机分为电针对照组和电针康复组2组,每组各40例。电针组单纯电针治疗,电针康复组进行电针配合现代康复治疗技术治疗。治疗前后2组均进行疼痛数字评分（NRS）及Fugl-Meyer运动量表（FMA）评定患侧肢体疼痛和运动功能。结果：治疗30天后电针康复组NRS评分和FMA评分均优于电针组。结论：电针和康复对脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛均有改善作用,电针康复组疗效优于单纯电针组。

The Effect of Electro-Acupuncture Accompanying Rehabilitation on Shoulder Pain in Patients with Hemiplegia

Objective： To observe the effect of Electro-Acupuncture accompanying Rehabilitation on the impact of shoulder pain in patients with hemiplegia.Methods： 80 patients with shoulder pain poststroke were randomly divided into two groups.A group： treated with Electro-Acupuncture accompanying Rehabilitation;B group： treated with Electro-Acupunctur.The therapeutic effect of the two methods was evaluated on pain degree and motor function.Results： two methods had effect on shoulder pain in patients with hemiplegia.The marks of Numeric rating scale（NRS） and Fugl Meyer scale（FMA） of the two groups had remarkable difference after 30 days treatment（P 0.05）.The therapy of A group has better recuperative effect than B group.Conclusion： Both Electro-Acupuncture and Rehabilitation have effect on the impact of shoulder pain in patients with hemiplegia.The recuperative effect of Electro-Acupuncture accompanying Rehabilitation is superior to only Electro-Acupuncture treatment.
