10年剖宫产率上升及指征变迁的相关因素分析

目的分析剖宫产率升高的原因、指征的变迁及剖宫产合理应用情况。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,对1996～2005年共1915例在本院产科住院分娩的剖宫产病例进行分析。结果剖宫产率不断升高及剖宫产各因素所占的比例发生了明显变化,难产、胎儿窘迫、妊娠并发(合并)症、臀位、社会因素成为剖宫产的主要指征。结论提高产科医生的技术水平,加强围产期及孕产期保健和监护,重视产程观察,防治产科并发症,提高产科及新生儿医学质量,正确掌握剖宫产指征,在一定程度上可降低剖宫产率。

Investigation of rising rate of caesarean section and variance of indication in a decade

Objective To investigate the reasons resulted in the rising rate of caesarean section in our hospital,and the variance of indication,also reasonablly caesarean section.Methods Using retrospective analysis,a research was carried on 1915 cases of the obstetrics hospitalization of our hospital from 1996 to 2005.Results The rate of caesarean section went up continuously and the proportion of factors of caesarean section changed obviously,dystocia,fetal distress,complicating diseases of pregnancy,breech presentation and social factors became the main indication of caesarean section.Conclusion We should keep improving the technical skill of the obstetricians,strengthen health care and guardianship of the perinatal period and preg- nant period,attach importance to process of production,prevent and cure obstetrics complications,improve medical science quality of the obstetrics and new-born pediatrics,properly master the rate of caesarean sec- tion.In this way,we can lower the rate of caesarean section to some extent.
