白血病患者血清VEGF和sFas水平相关性研究

目的:观察白血病患者血清VEGF和sFas水平及二者的相关性.方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法对36例白血病患者血清VEGF和sFas水平进行同步检测,并比较其水平变化的相关性.其中VEGF水平以VEGF/PLT的较正值表示.结果:初发组和难治/复发组VEGF和sFas水平明显高于正常对照组和缓解组(P＜0.01),难治/复发组亦显著高于初发组(P＜0.05),差异均有统计学意义.缓解组和对照组之间无显著性差异(P＞0.05).VEGF与sFas之间可见显著正相关关系,且二者与乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)亦有一定相关性.结论:血清VEGF和sFas水平的测定可用于评价白血病的病理状态及转归,联合检测这些因子可能更有临床价值.

Alterations and Correlations of Serum VEGF and sFas Levels in Leukemia Patients

Objective:To study the serum levels of VEGF and sFas and their correlation in leukemia patients.Methods:The levels of VEGF and sFas were simultaneously detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in 36 patients with leukemia.The level of VEGF was corrected by platelet count.Results:VEGF and sFas concentrations of the newly-diagnosed group and refractory group were significantly higher than that of the control group and the remission group(P<0.01),the refractory group was also significantly higher than that of the newly-diagnosed group.But no significant difference was found between the remission group and the control group(P>0.05).Statistical correlation was observed between the level of VEGF and sFas in patients with leukemia(P<0.05).VEGF and sFas also have some relationship with LDH.Conclusion:the serum levels of sFas and VEGF can be utilized for monitoring the development of leukemia and predicting its prognosis,combined measuring of these parameters might be much more implication.
