丹参多酚酸盐联合曲美他嗪治疗老年不稳定心绞痛的疗效观察

目的：探讨丹参多酚酸盐联合曲美他嗪（TMZ）治疗老年不稳定心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：选取老年不稳定心绞痛患者100例，随机分为两组，治疗组（50例，丹参多酚酸盐联合曲美他嗪治疗）及对照组（50例，常规抗心绞痛西药治疗），疗程均为4周。观察两组患者心绞痛临床改善情况、心电图心肌缺血改善情况及血脂、血流变、不良反应发生率。结果：治疗组心绞痛临床症状改善总有效率优于对照组（92％ VS 64％，P＜0．05）；治疗组患者心电图改善总有效率优于对照组（90％ VS 68％，P＜0．05）；治疗后两组患者总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、全血比黏度及血浆比黏度水平均明显下降（P＜0．05），且治疗组患者下降程度明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：丹参多酚酸盐联合曲美他嗪治疗老年不稳定心绞痛疗效明显，可降低患者血脂、血流变水平，改善临床疗效。

Observation on Effect of Salvianolate Combined with Trimetazidine in Treating Senile Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective ：Effect of salvianolate combined with Trimetazidine （TMZ） in treating senile unstable angina pectoris（SUAP） .Methods ：One hundred patients with SUAP were eaually and randomly divided into 2 groups ,the treated group（salvianolate combined with trimetazidine ）and the control group（the conventional treatment ） .Changes of angina , myocardial ischemia in ECG ,the lipid level and the hemorheology indicators were observed .Results：Salvianolate combined with trimetazidine is superior to the conventional treatment in the improvement of the total efficiency rate of angina （92% VS 64% ,P〈0 .05） ,myocardial ischemia in ECG （90% VS 68% ,P〈0 .05） .After treatment ,the lipid level and the hemorheology indicators are better than them before treatment in two groups （P〈0 .05） .Conclusion：Salvianolate combined with TMZ is superior in treating SUAP .
