慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血清IL-6、hs-CRP水平与肺功能指标的关系

目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者血清白介素6（IL-6）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与肺功能的关系。方法：选择50例COPD患者作为研究对象,其中COPD急性加重期患者30例纳入AECOPD组,COPD稳定期患者20例纳入SCOPD组,选取25例健康者纳入对照组,比较3组血清hsCRP、IL-6水平,以及SCOPD、AECOPD患者hs-CRP、IL-6水平与肺功能指标的相关性。结果：AECOPD组患者hs-CRP、IL-6水平高于SCOPD组和对照组,SCOPD组患者hs-CRP、IL-6水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;SCOPD组、AECOPD组患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6与第一秒用力呼气量占预计值百分比（FEV1%）、FEV1/用力肺活量（FVC）均呈负相关（P〈0.05）。结论：血清hs-CRP、IL-6参与了COPD的炎症反应,并且与COPD患者的肺功能损伤有关。

Relationship between levels of serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein,interleukin 6 and lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective：To investigate the relationship between levels of serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein（hsCRP）,interleukin 6（IL-6）and lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods：A total of 50 patients with COPD were divided into acute exacerbation of COPD（AECOPD）group（n=30）,and stable COPD（SCOPD）group（n=20）,and 25 healthy people as the control group.Serum hs-CRP,IL-6levels were compared,and correlation between levels of hs-CRP,IL-6and lung function indicators in COPD were analyzed.Results：The hs-CRP,IL-6levels in AECOPD patients were significantly higher than the SCOPD group and the control group,and that in SCOPD group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.The serum hs-CRP,IL-6in SCOPD and AECOPD was negatively correlated with FEV1%,FEV1/FVC（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The serum hs-CRP,IL-6involve in the inflammatory response in COPD and lung function injuries in patients with COPD.
