河南省药物维持治疗门诊病人药物滥用史调查分析

目的：在河南省美沙酮门诊入组病人中开展问卷调查，了解该群体既往药物滥用史，分析原因，为制订控制策略提供依据。方法：对河南省各美沙酮门诊服药者进行问卷调查及体表检查。结果：共调查1647人，以单纯口吸为主1401人，占85．06％；注射＋混吸119人，占7．23％，单纯注射94人，占5．71％。各地市吸毒方式差别很大，注射史比例最高者达89．8％（44／49），最低为0。结论：河南省吸毒人员以口吸为主，个别门诊注射吸毒方式比例较高。应在所在地区开展针具交换等行为干预工作，减少未参加美沙酮维持治疗的注射吸毒者通过血途径传播疾病的危险性，控制艾滋病等在吸毒人群中蔓延。

INVESTIGATION ON DRUG ABUSE HISTORY OF PATIENTS IN CLINICS OF METHADONE MAINTENANCE TREATMENT IN HENAN PROVINCE

Objective： To find out drug use history of drug users in methadone maintenance treatment（MMT） clinics in Henan province by questionnaire investigation, and to provide evidence for making decisions in disease control. Methods： All the drug users in MMT clinics of Henan province were investigated by questionnaire survey and physical check -up. Results： Among 1647 cases, 1401 patients （85.06%） use drug by inhalation, 119 patients（7.23 % ）were mixed with injecting and chasing dragon. The rest of them（5.71%, 94 patients） use drug by injection. The administration mode of drug abusing had a significant difference in different clinics. The highest proportion of injecting drug use history was 89.8% （44/49）and the lowest was zero. Conclusion： The main administration of drug abuse in Henan province was inhaling. The proportion of drug injecting in several clinics was very high. Proper actions of behavior intervention such as needle exchange should be taken in these areas to prevent HIV/AIDS spread among drug users who have not attended the MMT.
