食管癌患者化疗对机体抗氧化作用及免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的:研究食管癌患者化疗对脂质过氧化反应、抗氧化作用及免疫功能的影响。方法:选取食管癌化疗患者79例作为研究资料,对照研究所有患者化疗前后的免疫功能、脂质过氧化反应以及抗氧化作用各指标,并分析其相关性。结果:患者化疗后的丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性白介素-2受体(aIL-2R)水平显著高于治疗前(P〈0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和白介素-6(IL-6)水平显著低于治疗前(P〈0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)化疗前后无显著差异(P〉0.05)。化疗前aIL-2R水平与T-SOD和MDA无显著相关性,与GSH-Px存在负相关性;化疗前IL-6水平与MDA存在负相关性,与T-SOD存在正相关性,与GSH-Px无显著相关性。而aIL-2R的化疗前后差值与GSH-Px差值存在负相关性,与MDA差值存在正相关性,与T-SOD差值无显著差异相关性;IL-6的化疗前后差值与T-SOD差值存在正相关性,与MDA差值和GHS-Px差值无显著相关性。结论:食管癌患者化疗对脂质过氧化反应和抗氧化作用影响显著,从而对患者的免疫功能造成显著影响。

Abstract:Objective:To explore effect of chemotherapy on lipid peroxidation,antioxidant and immune function of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 79 cases of esophageal cancer treated with chemotherapy were selected.Immune function,indicators of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant effects before and after chemotherapy were measured,the,and their relevance were analyzed.Results:MDA and aIL-2Rlevels were significantly higher than before treatment(P〈0.05),GSH-Px and IL-6levels were significantly lower than those before treatment(P〈0.05),but no significant difference in T-SOD was observed after chemotherapy(P〉0.05).Before chemotherapy,aIL-2Rlevels was no significantly correlated with T-SOD or MDA,but was negatively correlated with GSH-Px;before chemotherapy IL-6levels was negatively correlated with MDA,positively correlated with T-SOD,but not correlated with GSH-Px.The difference of aIL-2Rwas negatively correlated with difference of GSH-Px,positively correlated with difference of MDA,and not correlated with difference of T-SOD.The difference of IL-6was positively correlated with difference of T-SOD,not correlated with difference of MDA or GHS-Px.Conclusions:Chemotherapy has significant effect on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant effects of patients with esophageal cancer,and has significant impact on the immune function of patients.
