颈动脉超声检查与老年心血管疾病主要危险因素的相关性研究

目的：探讨颈动脉超声检查结果与老年心血管疾病主要危险因素的相关性。方法：选择197例在我院常规体检的老年人,均行颈动脉超声检查,根据颈动脉内-中膜厚度（IMT）分对照组（85例）、增厚组（46例）、斑块组（66例）,研究IMT及斑块指标与心血管疾病主要危险因素的相关性。结果：增厚组和斑块组年龄、男性比例、吸烟者比例、收缩压、甘油三酯、尿酸水平方面均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。多因素分析显示,颈动脉IMT与年龄、男性比例、收缩压、甘油三酯、尿酸水平呈显著正相关;斑块指数与收缩压、尿酸水平呈显著正相关。结论：颈动脉超声检查与老年心血管疾病危险因素有一定相关性,是评价心血管疾病发生风险的有效手段。

Correlation of carotid ultrasonography and main risk factors of cardiovascular disease in elderly

Objective：To study the correlation of carotid ultrasonography and the main risk factors of cardiovascular disease in elderly.Method：A total of 197 old people with routine check-up in our hospital were selected as the research object.All underwent carotid ultrasound examination.According to carotid artery intima-media thickness（IMT）,they were divided into control group（85cases）,thickening group（46cases）and plaque group（66cases）.IMT,plaque index and cardiovascular disease risk factors were analyzed to analyze their correlation.Result：Age,male proportion,proportion of male smokers,systolic blood pressure,triglyceride,uric acid levels of the thickening group and plaque group were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Multivariate analysis showed that the carotid artery IMT were positively related with age,male proportion,systolic blood pressure,triglyceride,serum uric acid level;and positively related plaque index and systolic blood pressure,serum uric acidlevel.Conclusions：There are certain correlation between carotid ultrasonography and risk factors of cardiovascular disease in elderly.Carotid ultrasonography is an effective method to evaluate cardiovascular disease.
