胶体液预扩容联合预注血管活性药对产妇腰硬联合麻醉后血流动力学的影响

目的：分析产妇在腰硬联合麻醉（CSEA）后,采取预先注射血管活性药物与胶体液预扩容等处理对其血流动力学的影响。方法：63例在CSEA基础上采取剖宫产产妇分为3组,分别是胶体液联合麻黄碱组（Ⅰ组）、胶体联合去氧肾上腺素组（Ⅱ组）、胶体组（Ⅲ组）,术后对比3组药物对产妇的影响。结果：Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组低血压发生率明显比Ⅲ组低（P〈0.05）,3组新生儿Apgar评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：产妇在采取腰硬联合麻醉后,采取预先注射血管活性药物与胶体液预扩容等处理,可有效预防低血压的发生。

Effect of colloid preload combined with preinfusion of vasoactive on hemodynamic of parturient after combined spinal epidural anesthesia

Objective：To explore effect of colloid preload combined with preinfusion of vasoactive on hemodynamic of parturient after combined spinal epidural anesthesia（CSEA）.Methods：A total of 63 patients with cesarean section on the basis of CSEA were divided into 3 groups：colloid colloid combined with ephedrine group（groupⅠ）,colloid colloid with phenylephrine group（Group Ⅱ）,and colloid group（Group Ⅲ）.The effect of drugs were compared.Results：The incidence rate of hypotension inⅠandⅡgroup was significantly lower than that of groupⅢ（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in Apgar score among 3groups.Conclusion：Colloid preload combined with preinfusion of vasoactive can effectively prevent the occurrence of hypotension for parturient after CSEA.
