河北省部分地区美沙酮维持治疗效果及影响因素分析

目的：分析河北省部分地区美沙酮维持治疗（MMT）效果和影响因素，为提高美沙酮门诊治疗保持率及治疗效果、采取改进措施，提供科学依据。方法：采用调查问卷和网络数据评估法，对河北省3个美沙酮门诊中正在接受维持治疗的吸毒人员进行现场调查。结果：参加美沙酮维持治疗后，384例入组检测HIV抗体阴性、226例HCV抗体阴性和372例梅毒特异性抗体阴性的患者均没有出现HIV、HCV和梅毒阳转病例，危险的吸毒行为也出现了显著性下降。吸毒年限、每天吸毒量、治疗期间副反应、害怕被抓、未享受治疗奖励政策及因治疗与工作／生活冲突而中断治疗，是影响病例治疗脱失的主要原因。结论：针对吸毒年限较长、吸毒量少等影响因素，采取有针对性的治疗服务，扩大治疗奖励政策的覆盖面等措施，提高治疗保持率。

INFLUENCING FACTORS AND OF TREATMENT ON METHADONE MAINTENANCE TREATMENT IN SOME AREAS OF HEBEI PROVINCE

Objective：To analyze influencing factors and effectiveness of treatment on methadone maintenance treatment（MMT） so as to provide scientific basis for improving the retention rate of MMT and developing intervention measures. Methods： AU of the patients in 3 MMT clinics were investigated through the questionnaire and the evalluation of web data. Results：After entering MMT,384 patients with HIV,HCV and syphilis negative had no infection on HIV, HCV and syphilis, and the proportion of injecting drug use decreased significandy. Factors associated with dropping out of MMT included fewer daily dose of drug using, length of drug using, lack of incentive policies and discontinuing MMT because of contradiction between treatment, live and work. Conclusion：It is necessary to take steps to improve treatment services and expand the coverage of incentive policies in order to increase the effectiveness of treatment.
