摘 要: | 目的:了解广西农村集中式供水水质微生物污染状况,为改善农村集中式供水水质提供科学依据。方法对广西9915处农村集中式供水工程采集水样进行水质微生物指标监测,按GB/T 5750-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》进行检测。结果39660份农村集中式供水水质微生物指标合格率为39.30%,其中总大肠菌群的合格率最低,为41.82%。2008-2012年广西农村集中式供水水质微生物合格率呈上升趋势,从2008年的29.99%上升到2012年的54.41%。不同水处理工艺、水源类型及不同水期的农村集中式供水水质微生物指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论微生物指标合格率与集中式供水水源类型、水处理工艺等因素有关,应加强水源的卫生防护力度,完善水净化消毒工艺和设施,同时大力开展饮水卫生宣教,以保障农村居民饮水安全。

Abstract: | Objectives To investigate microbial contamination status of rural centralized water supplies in Guangxi Province and provide scientific basis for improving water quality of rural central water supplies. Methods Microbial indicators of water samples from 9 915 rural centralized water supply projects in Guangxi were tested according to the method of GB/T 5750-2006(Standard examination methods for drinking water).Results Among 39 660 water samples, the qualified rate of wafer based on all microbial indicators was 39.30%. The qualified rate based on E.coli contamination indicator was 41.82% with the lowest among the three microbial indicators. The qualified rate of rural centralized supply water based on microbial indicators increased from 29.99% in 2008 to 54.41%in 2012. The qualified rates of water quality were different because of different treatment process, different types of water sources and different water samples collected in flooding season or dry season (P<0.01). Conclusions The qualified rate of centralized supply water based on microbial indicators is related to water source and treatment process. Thus we should strengthen the protection of water source and management of water purification and disinfection. At the same time,we should carry out health education of drinking water, to ensure drinking water safety of rural residents. |
