帕罗西汀合并喹硫平治疗难治性抑郁症对照研究

目的观察帕罗西汀合并喹硫平治疗难治性抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法将64例难治性抑郁症患者随机分为2组,分别给予帕罗西汀结合喹硫平(研究组)和单用帕罗西汀治疗(对照组),疗程12周。于治疗前及治疗后第4,8,12周末分别用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和安全性。结果治疗4周后研究组HAMD评分比治疗前明显降低,并显著低于对照组。研究组显效率为57%,对照组为25%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。TESS评分无显著性差异。结论帕罗西汀合并喹硫平治疗难治性抑郁症疗效较好且安全性高。

Control study of Paroxetine combined quetiapine on refractory depression

Objective It is to observe the curative effect and safety of Paroxetine combined quetiapine on refractory depression.Methods 64 patients with refractory depression were randomly divided into two groups.Study group was treated with Paroxetine combined quetiapine.Control group was treated with Paroxetine only.The treatment courses of the two groups were both twelve weeks.The curative effect and safety of the two groups before treatment and after treatment for four,eight and twelve weeks were evaluated with HAMD and TESS.Results The HAMD score of study group after treatment for four weeks was obviously lower than that before treatment and that of control group.The excellence rate of study group was 57% and that of control group was 25%,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference on TESS score between the two groups.Conclusion Paroxetine combined quetiapine has better curative effect and high safety on refractory depression.
