| 摘 要： | 本实验采用~3H-TdR标记来自供体ICR小鼠肠系膜淋巴结(MLN)及外周淋巴结(PLN)的淋巴母细胞,并结合液体闪烁计数及放射自显影技术,研究了两种不同来源的淋巴细胞在同系受体动物体内的迁移与归巢。实验结果表明:与PLN淋巴母细胞相比,MLN淋巴母细胞具有选择性地归巢到小肠粘膜及肠道相关淋巴组织的能力。

| Abstract: | Lymphoblasts of either mesenteric lymph nodes (MLN)or peripheral lymph node(PLN) from ICR mice were labeled with ~3H-TdR. Using technique of liquid scintillation counting and autoradiography, a comparision of the homing process of MLN and PLN lymphoblasts in vivo has been studied. The results have shown that in contrast with PLN lymphoblasts,MLN lymphoblasts were able to home preferentially to the intestinal mucosa and the gut-associated lymphid tissues in syngeneic mice. |
