新疆地区维吾尔族霍奇金淋巴瘤组织学特点

目的：探讨新疆地区维吾尔族霍奇金淋巴瘤的病理组织学特点。方法：收集1983～2005年间我科病理诊断为霍奇金淋巴瘤（HL）和非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）的维吾尔族病例蜡块,对其进行重新切片和免疫组化染色（CD15、CD30、CD45RO、CD20）,按WHO淋巴瘤新分类（2001）重新定性和分类。结果：52例原诊断为HL的病例中除1例为反应性增生外,其余51例均为经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤（CHL）。30例NHL中1例为CHL。52例CHL中结节硬化型（NS）29例,混合细胞型（MC）13例,富于淋巴细胞型（LR）8例,淋巴细胞减少型（LD）2例。结论：新疆地区维吾尔族霍奇金淋巴瘤各亚型的分布特点为NS型最多见（55.8%）,其次为MC型,LD型最少。

The histopathological characteristics of Hodgkin's Lymphoma in Xinjiang Uygur

Objective:To explore the histopathologic characteristics of Hodgkin's lymphoma in Xinjiang Uygur.Method:Using HE stain,immunohistochemistry stain(CD15,CD30,CD45RO,CD20),52 cases HL and 30 cases non Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL)were revalued according to WHO classification(2001).Results:Fifty one of 52 HL were classical Hodgkin's lymphoma(CHL),except the one who was dignosed as reactive proliferation of lymph node,1 of 30 NHL was certifited CHL,of 52 CHL,29 cases were nodulor sclerosis Hodgkin's lymphoma(NSHL),13 cases were mixed cellularity Hodgkin's lymphoma(MCHL),8 cases were lymphocyte riched Hodgkin's lymphoma(LRHL),2 cases were lymphocyte depleted Hodgkin's lymphoma(LDHL).Conclusion:NSHL were the most common subtype,followed by MCHL,LRHL,LDHL in Xinjiang Uygur lymphoma patient.
