参贝颗粒对小儿反复呼吸道感染（肺脾两虚并痰浊内阻型）免疫球蛋白的影响及临床疗效观察

目的观察参贝颗粒对小儿反复呼吸道感染（RRTI）（肺脾两虚并痰浊内阻型）免疫球蛋白的影响和临床疗效。方法60例RRTI患儿被随机分为中药组30例和西药组30例。中药组给予参贝颗粒；西药组给予匹多莫德、祛痰灵口服液。均服药1个疗程（2周）。对比2组临床疗效和治疗前后血IgG、Igh、IgM的水平。结果疗程结束后，2组患儿的IgG、Igh、IgM及感染次数较治疗前均显著改善，P〈0.05或P〈0．01。但临床疗效2组间差异无统计意义。结论参贝颗粒和匹多莫德、祛痰灵口服液都是治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的有效药物，两者近期疗效相当。

The immune globulin effect and clinical therapeutic observation of treating children recurrent respiratory tract infection (hypofunction of both the lung and the spleen and sickness due to stagnation of phlegm) with Shenbei Granular

Objective To observe the immune globulin effect and clinical therapeutic observation of treating children recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI)(hypofunction of both the lung and the spleen and sickness due to stagnation of phlegm) with Shenbei Granular.Methods 60 cases of RRTI were divided into the TCM group and Western medicine group.The TCM group were given Shenbei Granular while the Western medicine group were taken Pedromodel and Qutanling Oral Liquid.After 2 weeks observed the clinical effects and IgG,IgA,IgM in blood serum.Results IgG,IgA,IgM,clinical effects and infected times improved obviously before treated.But there was no difference in 2 groups.ConclusionShenbei Granular,Pedromodel and Qutanling Oral Liquid are effective drugs in treating RRTI.The therapeutic effect in the near future are equal.
