老年患者治疗饮食现状的调查

目的了解老年患者治疗饮食的现状，探讨老年患者饮食不遵医行为的原因，为临床工作提供依据。方法采取自行设计的问卷调查表，对80例正在治疗中的老年患者进行治疗饮食现状调查。结果80例患者中，42．50％的老年患者清楚自己的治疗饮食，91．25％的患者家属能配合患者坚持治疗饮食。结论对治疗饮食及饮食配置的不了解、治疗饮食难以坚持、家属的配合、住院餐饮条件等影响了老年患者治疗饮食的遵医行为。住院期间老年患者治疗饮食的落实应该引起医护人员的高度重视，加强和落实患者及其家属的饮食指导和健康教育，改善医院餐饮条件，提高老年患者治疗饮食的依从性。

Investigation and Research on Current Situation of Diet Therapy in Elderly Patients
