上海市虹口区民营医疗机构医疗安全现状调查

目的为了解虹口区民营医院医疗质量安全现状及存在问题。方法2009年4月～6月运用现场调查和个别访谈的方法随机对上海市虹口区4所民营医疗机构（私人诊所除外）医疗质量安全现状进行了调查。结果虹口区民营医院医疗质量安全现状不容乐观。民营医院存在人员流动性大，应急处理人才缺乏，管理不到位，过度医疗，医务人员医疗安全意识淡漠，一人多岗现象严重等明显医疗安全隐患问题。结论建议完善医务人员卫生法制教育，将卫生监督和行政管理合二为一，建立高效的医疗安全监管体制，制定民营医疗机构医疗安全监督评价体系等措施。

Status survey of the medical service safety in private hospitals in Hong Kou District,Shanghai

Objective In order to understand the medical service quality security present situation in the private hospitals in Hongkou area and their existence question. Method The author has carried out the investigation and analyzed stochastically 4 private hospitals（except personnel hospitals）in Hongkou area of Shanghai on the field and the individual interview method from April to June in 2009. Results The result indicates that the medical service quality security present situation in the private hospital is unoptimistic in Hongkou area. The private hospital has a lot of obvious medical safe hidden danger questions, such as much personnel fluidity, emergency processing talented person lack, management defective, excessive medical service, medical personnel lacking medical service safety consciousness and a person of multi-hillock phenomenon seriously. Conclusion The author suggests consummating the medical personnel education in respect for the taw, combining the sanitary supervision and the administration together, establishing highly effective medical safe supervision system and formulating the private hospital medical service safe monitoring appraisal system.
