载脂蛋白E增强子基因多态性与冠心病及血清脂质的关系

目的研究载脂蛋白E(Apo E)内含子1增强子元件(IE1)基因多态性与人类冠心病(CHD)及其血脂水平的关系.方法采用聚合酶链式反应结合限制酶切片段长度多态分析方法,分析了79例健康人及91例冠心病患者的IE1基因型及测定血清血脂.结果CHD组IE1G/G基因型频率(0.604)和G等位基因频率(0.758)分别显著高于对照组(0.392,0.652;P＜0.05);CHD组的G/G基因型的血清总胆固醇高于同组的G/C基因型和C/C基因型,也高于对照细G/G基因型(P均＜0.05).结论IE1G/G基因型及G等位基因是冠心病的危险因子.

GENETIC POLYMORPHISM ANALYSIS OF APO E INTRON1 ENHANCER IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE AND THE ASSOCIATION WITH SERUM LIPID LEVEL

Objective To investigate the association between the polymorphism of apolipoprotein E(Apo E) intron 1 enhancer(IE1) and the level of serum lipid in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods ApoE IE1 genotypes of 81 patients with CHD and 108 healthy subjects were detected by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism. Results The frequency of G/G genotype in patients with CHD was sign group(P<0.05).The frequency of G allele was significantly higher in patients than that in control group(P<0.05).The gene polymorphism of ApoE IE1 obviously influenced the serum lipid levels. The concentrations of TC, and LDL among different genotype groups were significantly different, and the level in G/G group was higher than that in C/C group(P<0.05) Conclusion ApoE IE1 gene polymorphism is closely related to serum lipid, and G/G genotype of ApoE IE1 may be a risk factor of coronary heart disease.
