2004年长治市中小企业职业卫生现状调查

[目的]了解企业对《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》贯彻执行情况，进一步加强职业卫生监督管理，保障和促进劳动者身心健康。[方法]随机抽取长治市204家企业作为调查对象，委派专业人员通过现场实地考察、访谈、查阅有关资料，填写调查表。[结果]企业职业病危害项目申报率71．5％，职业病危害告知率为43．6％，岗前体检率为40．3％，上岗前进行职业卫生培训率为41．6％，设置警示标识率为17．2％，作业场所职业病危害因素监测率为44．7％。[结论]长治市职业卫生状况不容乐观，今后应加强《职业病防治法》及相关法律、法规的宣传，加大职业病防治人力和物力投入。

Investigation on Occupational Hygiene in Middle and Small Enterprises in Changzhi City in 2004

[Objective]To understand the implementation of Law of PRC on Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Diseases in enterprises, strengthen supervision and management on occupational hygiene, promote the physical and mental health of the workers. [Methods1204 enterprises selected randomly in Changzhi City were investigated . Questionnaire was filled in by professional persons after investigation in enterprises,interviewing the workers, looking up related materials. [Results]71.5 % of all the dangerous items of occupational diseases have been informed by the enterprises. 43.6 % of the investigated workers have been warned of the danger of the occupational diseases. 40.3% of them had physical examination and 41.60% of them attended training course on occupational hygiene before they began to work. 17.20% of the investigated enterprises have the warning signs. 44.7% of the dangerous factors of the occupational diseases in the investigated workplaces have been inspected. [Conclusion]The situation of occupational hygiene in our city is not so optimistic. Propa- gation on Law on Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Diseases and other concerned laws and rules should be strengthened , more manpower and material resources for prevention and treatment of occupational diseases should he thrown.
