摘    要:目的研究以不同的力量撞击兔下颌角部,观察其对兔颞下颌关节(TMJ)的影响。方法以不同的力量撞击家兔一侧下颌角部,方向平行于双侧下颌角的连线,造成TMJ的间接损伤。结果两种不同的撞击力均可引起双侧TMJ的间接性损伤;其中对侧较实验侧关节结构的改变更为明显;关节盘下腔面与上腔面都受到破坏,且下腔面较上腔面破坏严重。较大撞击力量可引起较明显的关节破坏。结论下颌骨外伤后,应重视TMJ的检查与治疗,防止颞下颌关节紊乱病或关节强直的发生。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the different changes of temporomandibular joint (TMJs)after indirect trauma,which caused by different forces in mandibular impact.Methods 15rabbits were used in this study.The impact,applied from an angle-angle direction,produced injury of the TMJs.Results The histological data demonstrated that the impact could produce damages of both TMJs.The structure of the control side in TMJ was more obviously changed than the experimental side.The inferior surfa ce of the disc was more se-riously destroyed than the superior surface.The attachment and the ligament of the TMJs were torn apart.The a rticular disc,the cartilages of the condylar process and glenoid fossa were all involved.The collagenou s fiber of the discs was edematous and destroyed.Shredding of the disc and joint surface was found.And hemarthrosis was observed in the articular cavity.The greater force was,the more obvious destruction was found.Conclusion The changes of the TMJs after indirect trauma are similar to humans.Much m ore attention must be paid to the indirect trauma on TMJs in mandibula r injury.
