先天幽门肥厚性狭窄Ramstedt手术治疗效果探讨

目的：了解先天性幽门肥厚性狭窄患儿术后幽门形态的变化与临床症状的关系。方法：89例诊断为先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄的患儿采用Ramstedt幽门环肌切开术进行治疗，术后用B超追踪1年，测量指标为幽门肌厚度、幽门管直径和幽门管长度。结果：幽门肌厚度在术后4个月基本恢复至正常水平，幽门管直径及长度在术后2个月基本恢复至正常水平，幽门管长度术后恢复较快。结论：术后4个月幽门形态基本恢复正常，术后临床症状的改善与幽门形态的恢复程度无明显关系。

The Ultrasonic Features of Hypertrophic Pyloric Stenosis after the Ramstedt Pyloromyotomy
