| 摘 要： | 癌症是基因治疗的主要对象,本文介绍了肿瘤基因治疗的方法,在基因治疗中存在的关键问题,近十几年来基因治疗的临床试验进展,并对基因治疗的安全性进行了阐述,同时分析了基因治疗的前景及未来的发展趋势。
